President and founder Dawn M. Cornelio has been translating French and Francophone literary texts into English for 25 years. Beginning as a translator of poetry, her first book-length publication is A Matter of Blue, a translation of Jean-Michel Maulpoix’s Une histoire de bleu. She regularly translates articles and excerpts from contemporary French fiction for French and Francophone Studies.
Having done research on Chloé Delaume’s autofiction for nearly 20 years, before founding NDE, Dawn published Not a Clue, a translation of one of the author’s early novels Certainement pas.
Vice-president Tom Wilson brings to the company many years of experience in the book selling business and in marketing. He is also an author in his own in his field of speciality, military history. His most recent title, No Guns, Just God’s Glory is available in French and English at Orep Editions.
